This pouch keeps my injection pens cold. I store it in the refrigerator. I love the design of the inside. There is a place for 2 pens, a pocket for all my injection needle packs, and a plastic case to keep more needles in or alcohol wipes. It comes with a gel pack that you can put in the freezer for traveling. It keeps medication cold. It’s durable and easy to use. Definitely worth the money, so much better than the plastic bag my pharmacy gave me.

Nice size for taking one or two insulin pens with you, it doesn't take up much space in your purse. The little included box holds new needles and will hold used needles until you can get home to properly dispose them. If you need to keep the insulin cool, it has a cooling bag included. I got the green which is a very pretty color.

I use this to put three different insulins in the same case, 10ml vials stack and then syringes on the side. I can't really get the ice pack in with all that but I am glad to find a case that can carry the the 3 insulins and with a sturdy rigid case that is slimline. So I am really very happy with it. I think if you want to fit the ice pack maybe two insulin pens and the pack would be the limit. It's still a great product and affordable.

Works great for what it is intended for. The little ice pack it has inside is great when you on warm weather.

This case works great for my insulin pens as it has a hard case that protects the pens. The included plastic case for needles allows me to carry up to 6 needles in the case. This helps greatly when carrying my insulin when I go to work or other places that i may travel to. The insulin that I use does not require me to keep my insulin refrigerated so I have not had a chance to check the insulation aspect of this product.

Bought this case for insulin because the one i have was falling apart and was kind of big for my purse. This one is perfect for daily use. It’s very sturdy and holds both pens and even comes with a case for needles. Very functional. Not sure how good it would be for keeping it cold. Probably wouldn’t use for travel because it doesn’t have too much space, but for daily use to and from work it’s perfect for me.

Had it about 6 months and then the zipper broke. It worked great and fit nicely in a backpack side pocket otherwise. I ended up buying another one as a replacement. I guess they don’t last that long with daily use. I would have given 5 stars if the zipper hadn’t broke.

Haven't really used it as a cooler, but as a case in general it is good. The structure inside of all the fabric is plastic and so it won't turn to mush if you need to wash it. Has space to hold quite a few pen needles with two insulin pens. Easy to clean.

I bought this for my husband; he's a type 1 diabetic and needs to take two pens with him everywhere. I chose this one because of the little plastic container that came with it for the pinheads, but once you put the pens and alcohol wipes in, the plastic container with the needle heads doesn't close. So I can't give it five stars, but he does use it, and it is better than nothing.

Never use this to cool, but it works good for storage or your pens will hold two pens perfectly

IDEAL for those using a GLP-1 - Ozempic, Wegovy, etc. Saves us taking plastic containers and ice packs from home for travel.

I don’t need the ice pack that it comes with. It is the perfect size and fits my medication perfectly.
