Should have purchased this years ago.
Rolling out dough on my counter top has always been a challenge. The need to add flour and more flour to still have the dough stick to the counter top was so frustrating. This silicone pastry mat solved the problem completely. I liked it so much I purchased one as a gift for our daughter. I recommend this product without reservation.

Easy to use
really like this product for rolling out pie dough to the right size. Saves on my granite counter tops from grease and cookie cutters

The quality is terrible.

Thinner
Thinner than most of the other silicone mat therefore easy to fold and put aside. It sticks well on counters and works great in kneading bread and tortillas.

Large mat is the perfect size.I place it on the folding table under aWeber Q grill.

GREAT!
Great size, lays flat, no sticking! I've only use the large one, but I assume the small one will work as well. Easy to clean, and rolls up for storage.
