We got these because we deal with IBS and needed a source of caffeine that did not have artificial sweeteners and was not coffee. The first time we made it by the instructions, and the taste was overwhelming (we didn’t drink enough to get a feel for the energy boost). So our next try was much more diluted - maybe a quarter of a pack in a 16 oz glass of ice water. The taste was much more bearable, and it gave a nice energy boost. One pack has 150 mg of caffeine, which is WAY more than we need for one drink, so breaking it up gets us lots of mileage. These are really pricey for the number of “servings” we get, but the serving sizes are larger than we need so we get more use than what’s on the package.
