Dramatised Good News Bible: (GNB) Paperback – 1 May 2009

The Dramatised Bible was more than expected as it had 400 dramatised readings.This made the bible a most practical and not expensive book.The only disappointment was that the book itself does not lend itself to scanningthe scripture for the various parts to be read by those taking part in the reading of the wordso had to purchase another 2 copies, but that is not enough.Overall I am pleased with the product and service received.

Ok. Not sturdy enough for handling by children and young people. Don't expect it to last very long with constant usage. I wish the pages are made of heavier paper.

Thought it might be useful but hasn't really been used much

Much appreciated birthday present for drama-addicted grandson.

This has already proved to be an invaluable resource at church. The Good News translation lends itself well to doing dramatised readings and this has really helped to bring passages of scripture to life for listeners. I wish they'd bring out a larger print loose leaf version though e.g. in a ring-binder to enable scripts to be removed from the book as I find the print too small and the binding a bit tight for ease of use.
