These actually snap into place!
I bought other replacement toothbrush heads, but they wiggled off when the toothbrush was turned on. These heads snap into place and 100% will order again when I need more.

Great price, clumsy fit
After using my current brushes for way too long, I looked at the prices for OEM brush heads and just about gagged. This DiamondClean head has a much more attractive price. Realizing that when an item is cheaper, there may be a reason besides the OEM gouging for their wares. Still, it's hard to go wrong when the off-brand replacement heads are around a third of the price of OEM.Time will tell how well it lasts compared to Sonicare brand (though my old OEM brushes are overdue for replacement and a different style than anything I see sold by Sonicare now), but I see some indications of cheapness in these replacement heads. The main thing I noticed is that they are much harder to get onto the base than the OEM heads are. These heads require much more pressure, to the point I was concerned I was going to ruin something (mounting base or head); and when it finally went on, it does not go on as far as the OEM heads did, leaving a significantly larger gap. Additionally, the gap is not even (does not have parallel edges), suggesting that the shape of the mounting point for the head does not accurately match the shape/angle of the toothbrush base. It will probably not adversely affect the performance of the toothbrush, though the larger gap may accumulate more junk between cleanings.The feel of the brush seems stiff/firm, though I supposed any brush would be stiff compared to my worn out OEM brush.
