These fit perfectly in my Jetta 2017! They are semi sticky on the bottom and that holds them in place. The only downside side is that they are a pain to clean

I seen some other reviews that said it didn’t fit in their jettas, I’m not sure if it was because of trim or what but they fit in my 12 SE and look great. They feel like a durable rubber and are an upgrade for the OEM wool inserts that go in some slots.
