Taking lymphomax at the advice of my doctor. It helps with the detox/herx symptoms during my Lyme disease treatment.

I have poor circulation and mild/moderate lymphedema in my legs. Despite vein surgery I have constant swelling and fluid pooling in my ankles. I try to keep them elevated during the day but still have problems with the swelling. In addition, I have low energy due to hypothyrodism, fibromyalgia, CFS and EBV. Super tired all the time to the point where I felt like napping every afternoon. I started this and by the 2nd day I had a huge surge in my energy level. I also noticed that it suppressed my appetite. It acts as a diuretic so make sure you are near a bathroom for at least a couple hours after you take it. Honestly I did not expect the results I am getting from this and have only been taking it for 2 weeks but notice a HUGE difference in my energy and ankle swelling. I take 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon (if I remember) and absolutely wouldn't want to do without it. Wonderful supplement - I would recommend this to anyone who has the issues I do.

I used this product in conjunction with NATURE'S SUNSHINE Lymphatic Drainage Supplements, 2 Fluid Ounce on an average of once a day. I am on day 10 and I see and feel the difference. I have lymphodema in my right foot. This weekend I ran 4 miles. I had red wine and I was expecting fluid build up on my foot there was none. I worked part-time on my foot Sunday for 4 hours straight and I had on one of my less supportive flat shoes and no swelling. Yes it helps that I have been doing excercise on a regular basis to create circulation. Yes it helps that its November and the weather has cooled and this relieves swelling, but over all this is a good product. I also do tumeric, coconut oil, and cracked pepper, but since I have been using these 2 products in conjuction I have'nt even needed it. Worth the money. I have not used a compression stocking. I still try and wear good sturdy/supportive shoes (fashionable clarks) most times. I was able to wear heels this weekend and have a cocktail on Saturday night and NO SWELLING. Passed all of my test, but I am still going easy on my feet. I will continue to buy these products and glad I can make it last a little longer by getting what I need with one dose a day instead of 2, only because my case of lymphodema is mild to medium.

I bought this along with the gland cleanse and I am very, very pleased with it so far. I started taking this for my enlarged lymph nodes and swelling in my neck /throat in hopes it will bring down the swelling, pain and discomfort. To my surprise, it did bring me relief. Prior to taking lymphomax, I was feeling extremely sluggish, brain fog, no energy, extreme fatigue, and very tired..i am starting off with a one pill a day (as I read its very potent). It is. After I took it I got my energy back and starting to feel better. I was leery about taking the lymphomax at first, but saw a review that someone gives it to their 6 year old (so that made me feel better about giving it a try). The swelling has went down immensely and am starting to feel like myself again. I will be purchasing this again. No bad side effects either (so far).
