Make a multi task clip slash stake for it
It’s hard to keep it up I propped it with a zip tie but it’s a nice light think it will improve my flytrap terrarium

Super! Little, lightweight, nice and bright
This plant light is simple, easy to understand, and lightweight. Its light output is lovely though! I have set it up in a sort of jungle mixed plant pot which I think is a good choice because it's a long light and can help illuminate more than one plant.I think the round lights, whether little or big, are best for one special plant each. But arm-like plant lights, like this one, are good for a set of plants. It has a tapered base so you can set it in the potting medium directly (no stand). That's nice in that it doesn't take up any additional footprint. It does, however, depend on the density of your potting mix to hold itself up. That's a little on-the-edge for me as many of my plants are in the very loose medium. So far so good with this one, however. If you struggle with a pointed base plant light falling over, you can try tying it to a moss pole or other stake that can double as a plant support. Then they can help each other stay up!Happy to recommend this little light as a great solution for a plant or plant set that needs more brightness.

Great small compact light
This is typical of LED grow lights. This one can easily handle 6 of my larger transplanting pots. The support neck is flexible, but plenty stiff to hold the light at the correct height and orientation... except ...The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the support doesn't prevent the light from rotating in typical potting mix. When I put down the control, the small weight (<2 oz) of the cord shifting was enough to cause the light to rotate 90 degrees. Another pot with dry sand or clay could fix this problem, but so could a wider mounting stake wing. The following features are of no value to me, but you may find useful.4 timer settings3 or 4 brightness levelsI use a WIFI switch and Alexa to control my other simpler grow lights relative to sunup/sundown.These with "built-in timers" go off and stay off when the power is cycled or glitched even if set to the "constant on" setting (no timer in use). Connectors on the controller that would allow it to be bypassed/removed would be a great future feature.

What a Difference A Few Hours A Day Makes
I love African Violets. When my one African Violet started looking sickly, I looked for solutions to help revive it. I decided to give this FOXGARDEN grow light a try. Afterall, the price is so incredibly reasonable for what you're getting. The grow light includes the 52 LED light with timer switch., a USB power bank, 2 zip-ties and the manual. The switch has 3 buttons; On-Off, the dimmer adjustment button (25%-50%-75%-100%), and the timer set button(4 hours- 8 hours- 12 hours). The switch LED displays the timer setting: Green = 4 hours; Blue = 8 hours; Red = 12 hours. Simply take the grow light out of the box; use the 2 zip-ties to attach the wire to the neck; plug the wire into the power bank and into an outlet; set the timer to your needs. I was skeptical when the directions said, once the timer is set it would repeat On/Off every day.. I set the Timer the first day and it came back on at exactly 6 am the next morning. I propped the grow light over another bowl as I didn't want to disturb the soil (roots) in the small pot. After just 3 days at 50% brightness for 4 hours each day my African Violet is already perking up. Now if I can just not overwater it again! The FOXGARDEN grow light is so reasonably priced I suggest getting one to try it. It made a true believer out of me as I just ordered another.

Not a stand alone product.
I wish I noticed that it’s made to stick inside the pot. That’s not very practical for me. The little on/off switch and light intensity adjustment is nice. It’s also USB equipped. It works.

Bright, easy to use, nice controller
This plug-n-play grow light is fantastic. The controller lets you set a daily light cycle, and how bright your plant needs the light to be at that time (dimmest for seedlings, then ramp up intensity and time for older plants). The light bar is aimable, and very bright when at full setting, but it won't gobble electricity--it's just 8 watts. The instructions are straightforward and everything you need is included--so just jam the spike into the pot, aim the light, plug it in, set your time preferences and it's done. They've even included a couple tiny zip ties for organizing the cord so you don't have the wire draping onto your plant (depending on where your outlet it).Great for short houseplants, especially if you just have one or two in a corner and don't have a sunny window for them. Smaller aloe plants, succulents, Christmas cactus, etc will love this light. Or you can zip tie the neck of the light to a shelving upright instead, to provide light for a taller plant. You don't have to use the spike; it's just easy, if your plants are short enough.

I LOVE MY FOXGARDEN GROW LIGHT!
I love this FOXGARDEN Gooseneck Plant light. It is so versatile! It weighs very little so does not tip my lightweight plant. The gooseneck is easy to bend but stiff enough to stay in whatever position I choose. The light output is very bright and long enough to cover several plants at once. I really like the timer, which has 4-, 8- and 12-hour options. Once set, the timer turns the light on and off at the same time each day. It also allows the user to adjust the brightness in 25% increments, a feature I forgot until I looked at the picture while preparing this review. The light is packaged well, and it is easy to use. It comes in both black and white. For the price it is a steal. I am seriously considering another one or two.

good, but not the best design
This grow light works well, including the timer function, and my indoor winter plants respond to it as they would the sun, but... its angled design and short stem limit the light's versatility. Good light, but be sure the design will work with the plants you want to nurture.
