Love this brace
Love this brace, except it is a bit tight on the top.....so, I can only wear it for about 3 hours as it cuts off circulation.

HELP
EXTREMELY difficult to use. I am a senior with disability and have no one to assist me with wrapping. INSTRUCTIONS should be included with product!!!

Great for ankle tendonitis!
This ankle wrap definitely helped out my tendonosis in my ankle. Fits easily inside shoes and you can adjust it. For my specific needs I actually used it “upside down” to get more support where I needed it. I am definitely keeping it in case my ankle acts up again.

Ineffective fit
This is an oddly fitted product. It is just a tube with no bend at the heel like a sock would have. This creates a bit of a foot drop, which is counter productive for plantar fasciitis. I would return it, but the cost to return is 50% of the actual purchase price, so more hassle than it is worth.
