No support from seller. Tree dying when it arrived
Arrived with numerous dead leaves. Contacted seller an they initially acted concern but after 2 text messages initiated by me there was no more contact.

New one is good and she is still trying to save the first ...
It was sent to my friend in Las Vegas. After about 2 weeks it started dropping leaves. When my friend called to get some advice, they sent her a new bonsai priority mail!! New one is good and she is still trying to save the first one. Talk about customer satisfaction. On point!!

Absolutely beautiful!
I love this beautiful plant! I wish I lived in Hawaii, so this is the closest I can get. The leaves are shiny, and remind me of palm trees. I've only had it a week or so, but so far, it is doing very well. If this one continues to do well, I might have to buy another one!UPDATE: April 17. I did buy another one of these beautiful trees, and am so glad that I did. The new one came in a container shaped kind of like a boat, and I love it! Love the tree too! I'm new to bonsai trees, and am having great fun with these beautiful plants.
