It did harden but I shook it up and now it comes out in small pieces that I just rub on my hands

I followed the instructions as prescribed; gave it a good initial shake, small amount in the palm of my hands, followed by 5-15 seconds of "dry" time. The odor produced from the liquid was actually very subtle and quite pleasant in my opinion. I used the chalk for some straight-legged deadlifts and it worked as good if not better than standard chalk bricks or powder.I like the portability of the bottle. There's ZERO mess in my gym bag. I should have ordered both the big and small bottles. I can use the bigger bottle to refill the smaller one. Also...based on size, the smaller size should be TSA friendly...so for you travelers out there that carry your own gear with you, this is PERFECT. I will absolutely be purchasing more before I run out of the current bottle. I would absolutely back this Veteran-owned company!This is a MUST HAVE for your gym bag no matter what gripping sport you involve yourself in.

Cheap but not good. Bottle will separate into clump of chalk and watery base. Very messy when applied and dries. Too dusty.

Delivered fast and on time so that is always a plus. I've used a couple of different liquid chalks before and didn't really like them so I was a bit skeptical about purchasing this. I was pleasantly surprised today when I used it for the first time. Not only was it awesome and chalky, it lasted throughout most of my intense workout! Would highly recommend this product to anyone in the market for liquid chalk. I will definitely be purchasing this brand again in the future. 5+ STARS!

Best liquid chalk I have tried. I have 4 other brands. This one has been the closest to chalk like I have had. Get the bigger bottle for better consistency. The smaller bottles tend dry up and get clunky. The bigger bottle has not even after leaving it in the car all day. Thanks you have a guaranteed customer from here on out.

Buy only if you want a bottle of solid chalk.

Bro, this stuff totally works. The first time I used it I could really FEEL my grip. I felt like Spiderman the first time he realized he had super powers. I gotta say, I love the chalk. For2Fied4Life!
