Taste OK, bit too sweet to my taste. I sometimes chew kids's vit gummies, this is much much softer than kids' one. Although I'd prefer harder but I have a sore gum lately, so it is just good for me.

These taste so good that I have to stop myself from eating more. I have only taken them for one month but I just ordered and subscribed actually. So I feel like once flu season hits is when we’ll know. I do get sick easily and they have helped with that. I have not had any negative side effects. They taste great and so far they work
