I can eat sandwiches again!
Love this product because it doesn’t have any tapioca starch or flour in it, which I am highly allergic to, and which most other gluten-free products use. So I am thrilled that this company has expanded their line and I order them all! The bagels, the cinnamon raisin bagels, the pizza dough, the dinner rolls, but I have to admit that their “baguette” doesn’t have the crusty outside I would like.

Mouldy
This item had several spots of mould when I opened the box. Amazon will not refund or allow me to return. This is a relatively expensive product, so this policy is quite disappointing.
