OK, I have been using This machine for a little over three months for various get-togethers and for fun. It works like a champ. It freezes quickly and feels like quality. It is definitely a commercial grade product looks amazing and delivers.. I would highly recommend. If it breaks, I will change and update my review, but I can tell you I’m feeling really good about it.

This is a big heavy commercial style machine and it is very loud. Had to rig the float switch to not give constant nuisance low-alarm beeps as there is no way to shut the alarm off. I am still trying to find spare seals and o-rings, as they don’t seem to be standard sizes. One set provided with machine but I want to be sure I have more. Vevor support is worse than useless!

Love it very good slush machine does daiquiri great the only complaint I have is the beeping can't be controlled when mix gets low.

I normally don't write reviews but I'm very upset about this purchase I made.I bought the smoothie machine for my business back in August 2023 yes one yr ago and paid a little over 1,500.00 for it and I have not been able to rent it out.The machine is loud, the alarm goes off way before the product/liquid gets to the low level and there's no way to turn it off. Even when we add more product it keeps beeping.The product will freeze to the point that it will not come out of the discharge valve/ spout. I've called customer service several time and no luck.I personally don't recommend this smoothie machine.Sincerely,Maria
