Very fine and easy to dissolve creatine. Doesn't really have a taste, as creatine should. Represents good value for money. Much better than difficult to swallow large pills, I mix this into protein shakes.

Bought this item having read some of the positive reviews and I haven't been disappointed as of the yet.

Overall - really good, apart from a problem with the packaging. Onto the review. So, 3g once or twice a day really helps with my physical exercise, and also to a degree with my cognitive load (I think), once I hit saturation point - was really noticing the difference in me, other than having to really chug water when climbing hard, but was climbing much harder. Stuff is good, I recommend taking with a pinch of salt, a tsp of lemon and warm water - but that's just me. Downside, is the packaging has let me down once. Bottom was split open, I didn't realise and lifted it out of the Amazon box that was immaculate, no hint of the disaster about to befall me. I can tell you, that creatine as an airborne particle is a messy white powder indeed and is very light, so goes everywhere. Carpets, children, me, the dog, furniture, you name it. I have seen the funny side of this, and have been laughing about it, but - would recommend caution when picking it up. I'm sure mine was just a one off, but would just warn against taking it out with anything less than gentle movement initially - as this makes more mess than flour or other similar kind of powders. I didn't think to photo everywhere before getting the hoover out, would buy again though (is still on subscription).

I can definitely see a difference! It easily mixes and tastes like nothing, the seal is a bit iffy but it’s okay. Good value for money and my physique looks a lot fuller and I can definitely do more reps!

Have taken creatine monohydrate before with no issue, but not for a while. So maybe it's just the new addition to my diet... But yeah make sure you are near a toilet about 90 mins after taking this... No scoop. Re-sealable packaging does not reseal - or perhaps I am just too weak... Giving it 3 stars at it will probably do its core task, but these three shortcomings definitely mean I'll find another brand next time
