These are extremely comfortable grips. I replaced the factory grips because my hands hurt after riding (we bought economy bikes at a box store). These grips, a new seat, and some new pedals have really changed the bike for the better. I like that the tightening point is high on the bar (the first set i bought was at the edge of the bar which made me nervous, this ring is on the inside and very secure). I did have to slightly adjust my rights side shifting assembly inward to get the end caps to fit, but this was no problem. All in all, spend some time finding the right rotation on these for your individual riding style and they will make the ride more comfortable on your hands.

These grips are very comfortable, and help a bit with hand fatilgue while riding. They are firm enough to provide support, while isolating my hands from minor vibrations. I ride a 25+ year old MTB, and these grips are a bit wider than my old foam grips. Because of the design, they cannot be trimmed, so my controls had to be moved inward to accommodate the grips if I wanted to keep my bar ends. They seem to be well made, and because they work with bar ends, they can be a better choice than some more expensive name brands that don't.

Easy to install and fantastic on my mountain bike. Much more comfortable that the usual grips bikes come with.

We love these grips. We got some for two of our old bikes that we fixed up, and they work as described. We have only used the for a shot time, and I hope they will be durable. They are comfortable. They were easy to put on the handlebars. We have mountain bike handlebars and semi-cruiser style bike handlebars.
