I take this for the magnesium, suggested by my doctor. I prefer the Slow-Mag to others mainly because of the coating on this tablet, which makes it easier for swallowing, as the tablet is pretty large. It does the job, as my magnesium levels have adjusted themselves after taking this product for a few months.

Great product for muscle cramps and spasms. I take 2 pills every night without fail for magnesium deficiency and this product has allowed me to completely alleviate spasms and cramped muscles. Another benefit, this magnesium doesn't cause the laxative problems as other mag products. I highly recommend to anyone who is experiencing muscle spasms.

Perfect amount of magnesium for me as too much can make one's tummy not be too happy.

After some study of magnesium I learned there are multiple types and each can effect your body differently. This one will prevent constipation and can even have you going to the bathroom too frequently if you increase the dose. I have low magnesium and get terrible painful cramps in legs and feet so I had to change to chelated magnesium.

Can not say I love it, but does the job as suggested it would by my Doctor. Amazon has best price that I could find on the Slow-Mag.

I have to take 4 a day for life..some places almost 15 bucks..insurance dont cover..wth? If I dont take I die!
