Too few photos and not what I personally needed!
Interesting book if you want editorial..... but I was hoping for lots of ‘coloured photos’ of marine and freshwater fish to help me identify fish across the world’s seas and rivers.Sadly disappointed and too expensive ... for a small book that was not useful for what I needed.

by Peter Atwell is an excellent book that I really enjoyed reading
Fish: by Peter Atwell is an excellent book that I really enjoyed reading. It is packed with useful information about all different types of fish from all over the world which is written in a way that is clear and easy to understand.Visually, it looks good and is packed with some stunning, colourful pictures.Overall, it is a neat little book that would be a great addition on any bookshelf whether it is at home, in schools or in libraries and would appeal to adults and children alike.

Fish
I was looking for a book on fishes and I came across this book. It's great! This is an authoritative guide to different types of fish across the world. It is a comprehensive guide of fish from Asia, North and South America, Africa, Europe and UK, the Caribbean and Australia, with beautiful colour photographs and maps. From the smallest shark, the dog fish to the largest shark, the Great White Shark, this book offers a detailed and thorough guide to an array of fishes, exploring their habits. Also it includes comprehensive biological and environmental information on evolution and anatomy and conservation concerns. It features a technical glossary explaining key biological and zoological terms for quick and easy reference. It also includes information on volunteering at SEALIFE London Aquarium, which has the largest collection of aquarium fishes in Europe. It's great as a reference book.I loved the colour photos, a great read for the whole family.
