I don't usually write reviews but I will for this. I've only had my chair couple of days but so far it's been great. It's done everything it said it was going to do. I have to say I was a little afraid that I would like it but I love it and being short it fits really good. I'm only 5ft tall and it's hard to find a chair that will hold my weight and be short enough that I don't feel like I'm being swallowed by the chair. The only thing I would change if I could would be to change it to a leather. Because I'm getting older I have to put a towel underneath me make sure that I don't have any leaks. I hope this help somebody who's looking for a chair enjoy your day.

Bought this chair for my brother who is in a VA nursing home and he is a large man who needs a large heavy duty chair. He states that it is comfortable the chair works fine. He likes the color and the texture of the chair. It's hard to n find a chair that can take the wait and the riggers of a large man. It helps him up and helps set him down.

Chair was ordered October 2nd, however it was not delivered & setup, till late Friday November 27th...just a tad bit more than 30 days now isn't it? This chair is NOT the most ideal for a person with both legs AND one or both shoulders messed up. Transferring from a power chair or wheel chair to this chair is quite a feat. Once on the chair, I feel very safe & comfortable in any position. I just wish the chair arms were a bit softer...just too rigid for my taste.If you have wi-fi inside, you may find that when chair is positioned in upright condition, you may find the chair will cause wi-fi to go squarely

I have now purchased two of these chairs. I originally purchased one because I have some health issues that require help in getting in and out of a chair. I just recently purchased a second one for my home. The chair does what I need it to do. There are some things I would change. The cushions need improvement, especially the back cushion. However, the chair is not uncomfortable. I highly recommend Jones Glass as the provider. Stan Jones is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the right chair. I would buy a chair from him every time I needed one.

The delivery company call you to reschedule. And post to call that day and don't call for that appointment.

Ok this chair is amazing. Super quiet motor on the lift and very comfortable without being too squishy. The seat is wide and a decent depth. Family members with lower back issues find it comfortable. It's a good looking chair as well and we went ahead with the white glove delivery considering we live in a basement apartment and didn't want to worry about hefting it downstairs. They were courteous and professional. The only snafu was with delivery, but as this wasn't really a problem with mega motion and they took the time to speak with me personally regarding it, I won't deduct a star. Just be aware that the delivery time they give on amazon is an estimate and probably wrong. This is coming directly from the company and if you go with the white glove service they have to coordinate with you and their drivers and what not. It was about a month before we got the chair but they called the house to set up the delivery appointment and then called again before they actually came the day of delivery. Which all makes sense and I wouldn't have freaked out if it hadn't been for the estimated delivery on the order after I submitted. SO just keep in mind this isn't your normal amazon delivery. It's worth it.

First let me say this chair (so far) had been great. The one star is due to the customer service. The description on Amazon showed this has heat and massage - showed this two different places. I took a lot of time to research for a chair like this.We were supposed to get notice when the chair would be delivered, no one contacted us and my husband came home to find a huge crate in our front yard.This chair is very heavy so he got it in and all set up and we realized there was no heat or massage. I called and was told that they would have to come get the chair and then i would have to wait for a chair with heat and massage and then pay the difference. I explained that i took a lot of my time and effort to research and it was not my fault that the description on the site was wrong (in two places). There was nothing they could do.I gave them one more chance to make this right since it was all their fault and was told the best they could do was pick up the chair and get me the right one when available and i would have to pay the difference. Needless to say I was very disappointed. Like I said the chair is nice but customer service I felt very much dropped the ball on service.

Lift chair helped my very large husband get up by himself. He probably would have had to go to a nursing home without it.
