Does it work with Essenza mini ?

By each flavor which option on my machine do I use? Ristretto(small) expresso(medium) lungi (large)

I only have 2 buttons on my Innisia, expresso and lungo. I use the lungo and a smidgen of condensed milk or whatever as the flavor is quite strong. Most of the Nesspresso brand capsules don't need anything, but for the price of these, I can flavor to taste easily.
