A tablespoon of the coffee weighs 8 grams (on my scale). I have seen many recipes for making the coffee enema solution. Some recipes say to use 1 tablespoon. Some call for 2. Some call for 3. And then I have gotten feedback from customers who are VERY SENSITIVE to caffeine who say they only use 1 teaspoon in their enema preparation (3 teaspoons in 1 tablespoon). So as you can see, we're all different in this world and the same dose of a particular thing can effect 50 different people in 50 different ways. This is one reason we always recommend that our customers consult a health care practitioner. They know your situation on a first-hand basis and can advise you accordingly. Many of the practitioners I know are cautiously conservative. They start with a small dose and then build it up until the proper dose is arrived at for each individual client of theirs. To me that is a very prudent way to use the coffee, or most anything we introduce into our body.I know that isn't a super-specific answer but hope it helps.By the way, I know 217g is a weird size. If you're wondering, iIt is all about postage. The coffee + the bag + the mailer + the labels weigh just a bit less than 250g.
