I brought these insoles on recommendation from my personal trainer, as i have a flat foot.They fit my footwear perfectly, and no need to trim. I thought they were going to be uncomfortable as they felt hard, but they were very supportive and comfortable to walk in. As i have to keep swapping them to each pair of shoes/trainers i wear, i am going to have to buy another pair.

I have fallen arches and have been wearing insoles for almost 2 years now. I didn't realise they didn't last forever so replaced them with these. I had instant relief as the pain came back last week. Insoles just needed trimming but was very easy as there are guidelines where to cut for each size. The soles are nice and wide for wider fitting shoes and boots too ,so fit snugly and don't move when walking. Not too hard under the arches so give good comfy support. I bought two pair and will more than likely return again to renew these.

I've been using these for a few years now, just ordered two new lots for new shoes and boots just purchased for the winter. Even got them in my slippers. My job involves being on my feet a lot and I use to wear down one shoe on the inside these soles have stopped that happening and feet feel more supported and do not ache anymore.

I took a chance with buying these arch supports and I found them extremely uncomfortable after wearing them for a day and a little painful.I also walk on my heels and I have recently found that the plastic compound of the heel units are cracking already. This almost certainly puts me off purchasing any more of this product .Very average product I would say.

Definitely made walking easier.

not the best i've used ok for shorter periods but not supportive enough for allday cutting to fit bit of a pain

These insoles are very good for the problem I have (plantar fasciitis) enabling me to walk without too much discomfort
