Flexible. Cut resistance tested with a sharp knife. I also tested it heat resistant over s hot utensil. I had 5 pair . I gave one pair to wife who recently got injured with a bomboo stick . This is being used in my small garden and while using power tool. Quality seems good and nothing adverse . Therefore value for money. Fits well and feel confident while working.
