Pants Stretchers for Jeans - Waist Waistband Stretcher, Heavy Duty with The Handle is Easy to Stretch

This is an updated review. This is a well made tool. It works great on new jeans. I had a problem when I first started using it because I tried to go beyond the thread. I had to add an extension (that's included) after they stretched out. I guess going from a size 31 to 32 is going to be the same way for everyone. I hope you find this helpful.

Like other reviewers I struggled a little at first , the reverse threads kinda throw you off . But once I got it figured out I went through my closet and increased the waist band in all my jeans by at least 1 1/2” .I did what one of the reviewers suggested and moistened the waist band with hot water then started stretching … worked like a charm .

I gave one star, because it arrived on time with no missing pieces. But the product is worse than worthless, because my husband and I wasted over an hour each trying to assemble it. The bolts were poorly threaded, such that they didn't fit together. The attractive wood was so soft that it shredded when we attempted to insert into the threaded receiver. Do NOT waste time or money on this product.

I have used modified clamps from my tool shed for making a pants stretcher. Worked good, but not as good as this at all. Every now and then my weight will go up 5-10 pounds and it makes my jeans tight. Ha! Don't need to buy new pants as I am always able to get the weight back down. This is a very clever device at an inexpensive price, and it works really great.

With the way fabric shrinks now a days especially after a wash, this is an essential item. Being a little short handed, the clips are great for holding the pants in place while trying to use this tool. Love that it comes with the parts and easily understandable instructions on how to use this on small to xx-large pants.

This worked great for hubbys jeans. He is in between sizes and it stretched the jeans out to fit him. Only had to do it once and then washed and line dried and they stayed the same size. I first washed the jeans then added the stretcher and let them dry overnight, perfect fit
