I was actually quite impressed by this robot. My son has two other ones that are very similar to this. The biggest improvement for me is the charger. Previous versions had a weird charger. It was super unique to me and very small. this however it takes a normal USB-C type charger that I can buy anywhere. This robot functions really well. It’s fun for my five year old. Even though this is his third one it still keeps him occupied for hours and at least we’ll be able to recharge this one for quite a while. There are also some visual improvements to this robot. I think the plastic is also sturdier and the lights look different this time.

this was such a cool toy for my child. they loved it and call it walle. i like the feature on the on the remote as well. it really is a cool toy as a adult i play with it more then my kid i think.

So this was a gift for my nephew. He liked it...but the controls were a little complicated (although he has special needs). The main issue...is the sound was apparently so loud...that it made my 4 year old niece upset and begin crying. So they had to put tape on the speaker as there is no way to turn the volume down. So while I am glad my nephew likes it...its obviously a failing of the device to not have volume control, and to be so loud by default as well, with no way to control that. So a little disappointed about that....although probably still a good gift if no one in the household is at all sensitive to noise.

I love that it is rechargeable with a built-in battery. This little robot is so cute and fun; it's perfect as a gift for your child. It has great speakers, and the sound is loud and clear. Very Cool toy!

Moves 1-2 inches if you’re lucky. The only thing that consistently works is the sound…it is SO LOUD and has no volume control. Directions are complete trash. Tried this on every flat surface possible in our house and my husband spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to get this to work for our son. If I could give it negative stars, I absolutely would.

Works and it's cute, but as others have stated, there are some "bugs": hand gesture feature isn't fleshed out and it works some of the time, size is way way smaller than I thought it would be, and of course like many of these toys, the batteries don't come included.

My 8 yr old son just loves it. Took him about 90 seconds to get the movements/buttons down, and has not stop playing with it since. Recharged the battery for about 2 hours and got a good 30 minutes of play time with it. The robotic talk feature is fun and the various lights make it really stand out. The small size makes it easy to store and put away, as well.
