This sauce is really good. On the top of it, it is vegetarian- the number one reason for me to buy it.In addition, it is organic and gluten free.What else can you ask? You can ask that the cost (price +shipment!) will be lower. It is expansive...I would take away 1/2 star for the high price, but I wants to be fair, so I gave it 5 stars.

No HFCS (High Fructose Corn Poison) and tastes wonderful. I use it primarily as a marinade for steaks + burgers, with fresh ground black pepper. What more could one ask of a Worcestershire sauce?

Have purchased several gluten free Worcestershire sauces. This one is quite thin and really doesn't have the consistency of regular sauce.

This is a very good organic certified replacement for 'conventional' Worcestershire sauce, and most likely won't destroy your health right away (unlike the ingredients in conventional products, like GMO soy and 'natural flavors' - a source of gluten). However, ordering direct from Wan Ja Shan on Amazon will cost you twice as much with shipping than ordering the same wonderful product from eFoodDepot dot com. Maybe pointing out this pricing issue will motivate Wan Ja Shan to adjust their 'retail' pricing on Amazon.

It tastes great and works very well with dumplings and spring rolls. I love all Wan Ja Shan sauces, it's a brand I trust for their quality and value.
