I think it means small pieces, light on flavor perhaps, it has diced onions, and the beef is "minced" aka in US "ground". I am sure it will be lovely! Have it with mash, or chips/fries!

Q: When will we get our money back? Customs seized the pies we order because it is illegal to import beef from the UK because of the mad cow disease.
