It’s awful can’t adjust and when it’s on it doesn’t help your posture at all overall a really bad product

More suited for a child
I’m 5ft 8 slim & this is useless, straps are very thin as in width. Provides very little support so uncomfortable to wear it cuts in under your armpits. Spend a bit more buy one more suited to do what it’s designed for. My dogs harness is better designed tbh.

It’s a joke. No instructions. No way of tightening or adjustment to own posture!!! Cheap material .Complete waste of money
