Danger!
Product is dangerous. Heat was too hot on lowest setting (would burn you) and pieces of metal kept falling out around the cord..lasted only months and was never able to be used like you normally would. Do not buy!

A real disappointment
This worked for exactly 1month, worked well & gave lots of relief, then abruptly went in scalding high heat! Disappointed that it got stuck & consequently returned it. Thank God for Amazon Prime!
