Would recommend
Started a new workout challenge and needed the bands and the disks. They work well, have held up over the past month with no issues and were considerable less expensive than buying through the program i’m using. Didn’t realize that the jump rope is adjustable depending on your size which is helpful for someone as short as I am. Would recommend

Very happy with these
Very happy with these. Great quality. I ordered the 12 inch size because they didn't have a smaller size. I would have preferred them in 8-9 inch size because this size is a little big for me. Other than that, I'm very happy with all the pieces.
