This makes a great weeknight meal with little time or effort. All you have to do is put the sauce in one bowl, and the crumbs and cheese in another, then dip each piece of chicken into the sauce and dredge with crumbs. Then onto a baking sheet and into the oven, and in less than half an hour, dinner is ready.The dipping sauce is very thick, and it really sticks to the chicken. So much so that you might run out of sauce after dipping two or three chicken breasts in it. I found that scraping some of the sauce off the chicken after dipping helped stretch it out so that I had enough. But you could probably thin it out with a little bit of water, too.The coating adhered to the chicken well and created that "oven fried" texture after baking. The instructions say to spread any remaining breading over the breasts, but there was so much left over that I didn't use it all.The taste was fine -- nothing earth shattering. They do make another one -- Thai coconut chicken -- and we liked that one a lot better.My family enjoyed it well enough, and I'll buy it again just to have on hand for an easy meal. But you could almost certainly find a recipe online that would be tastier and not much more work.

This stuff is pretty delicious! Really easy to make. Just wish it didn't add so many calories to my chicken! I was able to coat about 3 large breasts with it, leaving nothing left.I'd buy it again.

this is fast easy and a great addition to any meal!

I used on chicken breast. The flavor was too herbally for my taste (unless you like basil, alot!)

Got this to try something new for dinner. It was decent, but boyfriend didn't like it. The crust fell off, but that may have been more of my fault for not baking long enough or coating it with too much sauce.

Item came as expected .

My sons -- who are picky -- loved this and so did the rest of our family. It really helps bring a novel, delicious recipe to our usual rotation of meals.
