This is a wonderful book. Dr Mack came to the aid of a young woman who had been through many challenging circumstances which had cumulatively built up and rendered her in a highly distressed condition, and yet with integrity, patience and great skill, he helped her to recover and find a sense of freedom, self-confidence and true enjoyment of life again. It is really moving, and also a page turner and it shows just how beneficial hypnotherapy and regression therapy can be to unlock deep-seated pain. It is a testament to both the young lady's and Dr Mack's courage and strength too. Whether you are seeking therapy for challenges yourself, are a practising therapist, or are venturing into therapist training, I highly recommend this book.

Petrina was able to lead a normal life after 8 sessions of therapy with Dr Peter Mack and this is something that counseling or medicine can ever do.Petrina is a very courageous young lady who lived her life by facing reality and walking through it. She has enabled herself to make a difference in her life with the help of a caring therapist.Dr Peter Mack helped Petrina recover and heal within a ridiculously short time that is unexplainable by medical context and research.This book is a MUST read for those who are ready to assume responsibility and live their life to the fullest. I started reading this book at 8pm just after dinner and could not put it down. Finished the entire book in one sitting 4 hours later. The book certainly captures the attention of the reader and I felt like I was in a trance!I am a student of hypnotherapy & past life regression therapy and a reiki practitioner. I found the book especially interesting in the way the writer, a medical doctor, used alternative therapy techniques to treat his patient.For students/practitioners of hypnotherapy and past life regression therapy, this book not only gives some valuable pratical guide in how to work together with your client/patient but also on how a practitioner should conscientiously work towards the highest good of his client.

This is a thought provoking book for anyone who is intereted to get well or therapists who want to help their clients. Dr Mack has a conversational way of writing, it was spellbinding and it kept me reading late into the night.I found the book to be both fascinating and meaningful. The caring doctor who went all the way out to help a young lady with complementary therapy, when medical treatment has failed. That is the power of regression therapy and Dr Mack's commitment to humane care.This is not your everyday therapy story and there is something for everyone to learn from this book. I highly recommend it, particularly if you are someone who wants to harness the power of the subconscious mind.

Healing in itself is so powerful and Dr Mack shows that with all the medical sciences, there are alternative paths that can help patients reach deep into oneself in getting to the root of deeper wounds.Once I started reading, it was so intriguing that I found it hard to put it down until I completed the book. It is amazing that Dr. Mack, a surgical doctor, went all the way out of his medical boundaries to seek to the source of the problems to help his patients.His persistence, dedication and generosity are admirable.Must read!! This book sheds new light on the extraordinary healing potential of past life therapy.The moment i started reading, I was glued to the book till the end.The descriptions were so vivid that I can't help to cry because I could feel the character's pain while reading.I've learned so much from this book, definitely a "must read"!Thank you Dr Mack for sharing this story with us.
