I can more easily handle reading books over and over if they have ...
This is one of my favorites (for years now). I can more easily handle reading books over and over if they have a nice rhyming rhythm to them. This one takes a read or two to get the rhythm, but it's there! I've since bought Troll, 2, 3, 4 by Steve Smallman as well. (By the way, my daughter likes them as well. ;) )

A four-year-old's favorite!
We just happened on this book by accident, but it has quickly become my four year old grandson's favorite book. He now requests it every time we read together. And I have to say I'm always glad he chooses it. The story is great fun to read aloud and the illustrations are perfectly wacky. We end up laughing over and over at the same jokes, but that's the beauty of the book. A great find!

One of the best books ever!
How many times have you as a parent heard, "I'm bored" from your kid? Here is what they COULD be up to if they were daring Vikings...hunting dragons! When these Norsemen/women get bored with the other crazy stuff they typically do, they decide to go hunt down a dragon. The illustrations and side comments by the characters are very funny. Good book for boys or girls.

Cute.
Very cute book, my 3 year olds LOVE it. But, the rhyming scheme is a bit off. It took a couple of reads to get the swing of it . . .

Lovely illustrations & good rhyming text
This is a lovely book! My 6 year old is somewhat obsessed with dragons and vikings thanks to the How to Train your Dragon films & books. She really enjoyed reading this by herself after I’d read it to her the first time. (She particularly liked the dragon poo bit of course!)It would probably suit a younger child much better, as it’s short with lots of pictures, but also great for dragon-loving six yr olds.
