Miracos Makeup Portable Mini Face Makeup Brushes Kit with Travel Case 5 Pcs - Synthetic Hair, White

I really REALLY wanted to love these bc they are the perfect size, the brushes heads are even the perfect shape and size, and this set has every brush I would want/need to use.Unfortunately, I won’t be getting much use out of them as I find them way too stiff for my taste. (Stiff enough that if I bend the hairs back on face brushes it’ll “flick” back.) They ARE extremely SILKY (perhaps that is what other reviewer mean when they say it’s soft?), but they are not soft/malleable. The silky/soft hairs want to stand up straight, not bend and blend product.I’m not even a brush snob and own mostly drugstore brushes, and I was hoping these would be as soft as the $3 black elf brushes but honestly would’ve been happy if they had been like the $1 white elf brushes fr target.Sadly I can’t use them, but they are so travel size friendly I might give them to my mom or my little sister bc the design is just perfect.If you are someone who hardly ever wears makeup or uses/owns brushes, then I could still see this as a good starter set, and it’s compact size is perfect for travel.UPDATE: I’m not sure if I just got a dud since everyone else loves theirs, but I did end up updating my review to 4 stars bc I realize it’s the face brushes that I don’t particularly like, but that’s ok bc decent mini face/kabuki brushes are way easier to find than decent travel sized eyeshadow/eyebrow brushes. I just put my tiny bare minerals brush in and now I’m super happy with the small compact size. It is SO CONVENIENT if you have to pack light, and pack fast. (Also the I actually love the fact that the flat angled brush is strong enough for me to use with brow pomade.) the problem is even if you’re willing to pay for a way more expensive set from a dept store you won’t get anything nearly as compact as this one.

It has just what I need, nothing excessive and nothing lacking. The size of it is also a bonus - it's just slightly smaller than my hand, which means I can keep it in my make up kit (instead of separately) and a breeze to bring it with me when I travel. I'm not giving this 5 stars, because although the brushes feel soft and luxurious, it doesn't seem to pick up color very well. So I have to make a few passes for the color to show up.

Love these! They are really soft and come in a small zipper case - perfect for travel. Has everything you need for a quick face and eye look. Great buy!

Like the compact case and variety of brushes. Bought to take to hospital when I went for knee replacement surgery. Didn't want to look too frumpy at PT. But, two of them fell apart the first time I used them. Wold not recommend them unless you like picking up pieces and reassembling them every use.

I needed a travel set that was compact, but would still get the job done. This fits the bill perfectly. The handles are sturdy and large enough for a good grip. There is a good assortment of brushes for blush and eye shadow. So far there has been no shedding. The travel case is great and compact too. Good value.

I was disappointed by the stiffness of the brushes. They aren’t as flexible or bouncy... poofy even? (if you know what I mean) as other brushes are in order to pick up powders nicely. I really liked the size & double sided brushes but again the quality of the bristles was not what I expected. I can’t use them. They’re more for what little girls play with.

These are the perfect size for travel and brushes are soft. I'm disappointed to say that one of the brushes came apart before I could use it. It came apart while I was removing it from the case. Needless to say, a waste of money.

All the brushes fell apart very soon, after one use. I had to glue the brush head back on the handles. I do not know if they will hold yet. Very disappointed because I liked the set when It was intact.

Attention : kit reçu avec 1 pinceau double embout cassé (photo) car je pense que ce sont ceux là les + fragiles.. j'ai décidé de garder le kit quand même car j'en avais besoin rapidement et le service client m'a fait une ristourne...J'ai acheté ce kit pour emporter lors de déplacements/vacances car :-difficile de trouver des kits "bien conçus" : qui ne prennent pas de place et qui soient assez complet et celui-ci était pratique (ne prend pas du tout de place et comporte des pinceaux doubles embouts)-je ne voulais pas mettre "trop d'argent" dans un kit de pinceaux de voyage en cas de perte de bagages par exemple...Cependant, je suis habituée aux pinceaux d'une meilleure qualité (Real technique, Sigma...) et ces pinceaux sont de moindre qualité mais le prix du kit (9,99€ en Prime) équivaut au prix d'1 pinceau voir "1/2 pinceau"... donc ils sont vraiment à utiliser de façon ponctuelle.Les pinceaux individuels ont l'air + solides que les doubles embouts et on verra s'ils font leur job (pas encore testés)= je vais les prendre avec moi prochainement en séjour (3 jours) et en vacances (1 semaine) et j’espère qu'ils dureront dans le temps un minimum (que ce ne soit pas des pinceaux à usage unique")Je les ai lavé avant de pouvoir les utiliser et ils n'ont pas perdu de poils
