great replacement for the original star showerhead. easy fitting and a good looking alternative to a fixe3d shower. the flow is like soft rainfall and very pleasing. low maintenance an seems to use less water so eco friendly. would highly recommend but measure up first~its big !

Nice shower head from solid brass, feels heavy and robust. It looks so slim too, so will really fit the contemporary design. I am renovating my house at the moment so perfect opportunity to fit a rainfall shower head. I love the feature that it tilts too it means I can still use it in the loft (sloping roof) shower. Well packaged, no chance of damage in transition.

I was delighted with this purchase, but sadly after 3 months the seal along one edge became faulty, the pictures show the weld/seal split, its no longer usable. Nowhere on the Amazon site can I find how to contact the seller to discuss replacement (which I would like as its a lovely shower head). If the Seller reads this perhaps they can kindly contact me? There really is no complaint here, I think its a 1-off faulty weld, and would really appreciate a replacement as its a great shower head otherwise.

We have a hot water system at mains pressure via a combi boiler which means that showering is normally alot better than a conventional gravity tank system. This shower head is just about right when connected to our system in that it supplies plenty of water but still maintains a decent pressure. I think on an old fashioned hot water gravity fed system the water would trickle out. The main reason for changing is that we had a more expensive shower head that use jets to provide a mist but this causes so much extra condensation. The water used to run off of the tiled walls. Using this shower head steam has been reduced massively and you still get a pleasant shower experience.

The showerhead arrived the next day. It was larger than I expected but then I had not looked at the measurements. It was easy to fit and once working gives a fabulous rainfall effect that covers the whole body. My younger son now prefers to shower rather than take a bath.

Ok - the good bit. It's thin. The REALLY REALLY bad bit. . . There's no milling on the attachment collar and I'm not sure it's a standard depth. I'll only know once I've paid a plumber to remove it (no milling = no purchase for a spanner. I stupidly got it on by turning the head but you can't unscrew it the same way as the head just rolls about its pivot point ball.) My view? Buy this only if you are a plumber or want to add £100+ to the cost by hiring one to fit it. Really poor design.Update - so - the company responded immediately on seeing this and were supportive. They also provided me a refund for my costs as a way of offsetting the plumber costs. The problem - according to my plumber - was an element of the fitting that was not seated properly when made which meant that the standard fitting (it is half inch) would not sit flush to the collar. He had a special tool for removing it and found the error. So I still stand by my remark about the milling. They also now include instructions with the product although they weren't that helpful when they sent them.The product itself is very nice with a good flow and a nice big head and it looks good. The support was attentive.

Easy to install and it was OK at first but lasted only 6 months - the seal between the bottom and top plates became unaffixed and this resulted in water seeping through the side of the plated rendering it unsatisfactory
