I notice a big difference in my energy when I take these and I feel better. I don't have trouble swallowing them but they're easy to break apart if you find they are too big. No stomach upset, but they are expensive, so I don't always take 3 a day. I really love that they are nightshade and legume free since I can't eat those. No tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, peas, soy, goji berries... Every other brand I've looked at has at least one of those ingredients so I will continue buying these.

I have only been taking this for three days, but I notice more energy, and it does not make me nauseous as most vitamins do. So happy I bought this.

The product is great, I take it everyday and notice a difference in energy. Don't buy it from Amazon. Twice now I have received a shattered glass bottle of vitamins, and Amazon will not replace the broken delivery. Go to the health food store to buy vitamins.

Great product that is easy to swallow and provides a great supplement to a clean diet. I use this to replace the superfood powder that was too high in niacin for me. I can adjust the amount I take to only 1 tablet per day and still get a good amount of nutrition. I'm a fan.

These are the best multivitamins. Earthy taste but I like them to know they are without any unnecessary fillings, natural and effective for my whole family, even toddlers love them, just a half of the tablet, easy to chew.

Cannot speak about any health result, all I can say is you have to be one of those people who can swallow easily 3 big pills. I am not one of them.
