Great replacement!
I have a Rollei model T and fits great. Not the most comfortable strap since it’s just a strap with no padding, but works perfectly for my needs.

Rollei TLR neck strap
Maybe not the most elegant thing in the world and no doubt not as pretty as the very expensive Italian alternative - but for the price, what more could you possibly want. It does the job well once you realise there is only one way one and it arrived well packaged and quickly.

Kudos to Fotodiox
I'm the owner of a Rolleiflex camera (3.5 F) and at this point in time do not trust the original strap to securely hold the camera. The Fotodiox strap does the trick. The webbed material should give many years of service, and is far more comfortable than the Rollei strap. The alligator clips are identical to the OEM's. By the way, the price makes it an unqualified "must have."

Didn't fit.
The clips don't fit. Even though my camera was listed in the description

Great replacement strap for 2.8/3.5 E and F series Rollei TLRs
Great replacement for those 3.5/2.8 E and F series Rolleiflex straps that can no longer be trusted to bear the weight of the camera without breaking. VERY happy to find this neck strap!

Functional and solid
If you are not the type of person that need the original leather strap this one will do very well; in fact feel much better during use. Better design all over and the black colour match the Rolleiflex.

Will not fit all Rolleiflex cameras
I have good and bad things to say about this product.First, the bad...This item will not fit all Rolleiflex TLR cameras. I have the 2.8D model, which was produced in '55-'56. Rollei TLR cameras evolved over the years...including the means (the attachment space on the side slots and the post diameter) to attach a neck strap. It appears that all Rolleis with the 2.8D style, and earlier models, have a different attachment setup (the post is approx 3/8" below the side slot). Most of the Rolleis produced afterward (esp the models with a built-in meter) were different. The metal scissors connector on the neck strap that I'm reviewing will not fit through the side slots. Also, the post diameter on my Rollei will not accommdate the opening on the neck strap scissors clip. I assume (and I don't know this for a fact) that this neck strap will fit through the later models' side slots and that the scissors clip will connect over the later models' posts. The seller (Fotodiox, Inc) should have researched their product better. Obviously they did not. Consequently, I'm being generous in giving this item 3 stars. Shopper beware. The good... This item was shipped in a timely manner. The item appears to be well made. If it had fit my camera I'm sure I would have been pleased with it. I received a prompt response from the seller regarding my concerns and I shipped it back. I was notified within 10 days that my account had been credited. Amazon, as usual, provided outstanding service.

Neck strap for Rolleiflex 2.8
i find this item invaluable when going out in the field or a walkabout in the city to shoot as Rolleis dont have a designed "grip" to carry it by like SLR's.i dind it all good except for two things:1) the plastic part on the strap that is supposed to keep it from sliding off one's shoulder is of a hard plastic that does not prevent sliding nor is it comfortable around my neck (too hard) i have added a chamois leather to mine and it solved this issue2) the poor quality of the leatherette that the clasps are riverted into is not going to last. it feels thin and seems almost easy to tear. i will have to go to a local leather craftsman to remake them in proper leather if i can.
