1st thoughts .... solid feel, good size, great specs, Not to Big, looks nice, Marlin a must, and Great overall value!!! This is my 1st dive watch and I'm very happy with this purchase. I did get the metal Casio strap, and I have also purchased a Malinese mesh metal strap (I like the look). Yep, this surely meets the hype at twice the $66 price I paid IMO!!!

This was one of my first purchases of a better than average watch. I know Casio isn't the most expensive or even the biggest but they are one of the most respected and even beloved. I took a look at a number of cheap dive watches since the style really spoke to me but one name constantly came up during my searches. The "Duro". Now the Duro is very commonly seen with the resin strap and is usually the cheaper, but I was more than lucky to get my hands on the bracelet version for under $70. In my opinion $60 for the resin strap and $80 for the metal bracelet is more than worth it, if you can get it for cheaper even better. Just don't overpay. Of course this thing has what you need for an actually good dive watch. Screw down crown, screw down back and both of those help get its 200m water resist which is oddly something you don't see too often. Whenever I wear this thing I feel its weight and it feels hefty. It did take me a while to adjust the bracelet, but the fact that I did not need some specialty too was great. I just used a thin flat head to wiggle out the pins and adjusted it to my 7.5 inch wrist. The bezel is great too and the clicking is satisfying. I did manage to grab a different resin strap for it from another casio that had an identical looking resin strap and tried it. I'll be honest I greatly prefer the bracelet. It barely tugs at hairs and can mostly be adjusted nearly perfectly. I just wish there was more than a mere two micro adjustment holes at the clasp. Even thought I didn't spend that much on it, it feels like something I might as well have spent $200-$400 on, and technically that pricing is on the lower end for dive watches. Yet they managed to get all of this goodness crammed into something less than $90

This watch bolsters a quality that I genuinely would never expect at this price point. It's classy, it's reliable, it's durable, and if you're not a watch person who wants to spend massive amounts of money on a dive watch, but need a watch, then I'd recommend this watch above all else.

This watch looks fantastic and it holds more accurate time than an automatic Rolex. It's a stupendous watch for the price.

So, I really do like this watch. Seems like a really good quality for the price. My only problem with this watch is the metal band it comes with. It is an absolute pain to try and adjust it, so much so that I decided to change out the band entirely. It's just not an ideal design, really. If it had a good looking band that uses traditional pins to adjust the size of the band, it'd be perfect.

Casio Duro metal strap watch looks and feels like a premium, big-brand timepiece. For around $80, you really can’t ask for more. I’m very happy with the purchase and would highly recommend it..

As a collector, I'm here to say you can't do better than this watch for the money. The band is so so quality, but looks good and is comfortable. Overall a bargain everyday watch you won't be afraid to bang up, and it will likely take it very well.

Just got this watch and love it out of the box. It has some heaft to it and the links were pretty easy to get out with a small flat head and some needle nose pliers. Looks great and seems durable.

Très jolie montre Casio avec son fameux Marlin sur le cadran et sur la gravure arrière. La montre en elle même est superbe, surtout la même que Bill Gates en noir. La seul chose que je dirais le bracelet métallique est très grand et pas top, donc je lui ai mis un bracelet en silicone noir pour le modèle MDV106, qui lui donne un style superbe en plus une protection écran en verre avec reflet bleu.
