An easy-to-use digital metronome that presents fantastic features for a great value. Use the setting dial to easily adjust the tempo and/or pitch generated note value. The volume control adds functionality to those who may need the sound to cut through other noise. The IMT-1000 comes with a black vinyl carrying case and 9v battery for operation out of the box. Color: White w/orange accents.

Better than IMT-301 (no tuner though)
Great metronome with clear sound, long battery life, and two metronome memory. The difference between the IMT-301 and the IMT-1000:Color: Grey vs Orange sides&buttonsSide switch: A lot firmer on the IMT 1000 (stronger click to switch modes). With the IMT 301, if you slide too quickly, it occasionally displayed the wrong mode. No such problem with IMT-1000Tuner: No tuner on IMT-1000Metronome:301: Swinging needles1000: Longitudinal wavesI believe that the functions and sound are the exact same (two types of clicks, loud red beats and green beats).1 tempo memory on 301 (forgets often), 2 memory on 1000 (Rarely forgets)Pitch generator: Does the exact same thing, but notated differently.301 Specifies Hz as 440, 441, 439, etc and shifts needle accordingly.1000: Very simple 0=440, 1=441, -1=439Side button 301: has hygrometer/thermometer that turns on and off when pressed (Inaccurate and useless/eats batteries)Side button 1000: Pause buttonFront functions: identical

Great Metronome!
This metronome is nice and loud! Worth the money. I have been using it for years, and accidentally broke mine, so I repurchased it. I recommend this metronome to anyone looking for a metronome. The volume control is very handy. It's loud enough to be heard over your playing.

Good 'nome, BUT
I haven't had this Intelli very long, but I do like it thus far. The drone gets quite loud, and it is easy to use. However, this device does not include an actual "tuner," just a drone function. That's my fault for not reading the description closely enough, but I guess I just assumed that like most other metronome/tuner duos, this Intelli would include an actual tuner. Otherwise, it's my favorite metronome/tuner yet.

Very good but a little pricey
This is a good digital metronome. I purchased it for my job (research lab). Of course, I found cheaper models, but this one works really well for training mice. I'm sure if I had more time to shop around a bit more, I could have found a cheaper one to do the same thing. It is a worthy investment though.

Very useful metronome
We have used multiple metronomes with our boys for both piano and violin practice. For the cost, this one is the best. Highly recommended.
