Portable Piston Fill Fountain Pocket Brush Pen BH-A10

Great product and fast service.

Problems with the pen:1. Arrived with what appears to be human hair and earwax in the water chamber. (see first attached image)2. Top of the cap is on crooked. (see second image)3. Barrel of the pen scuffed out of the bag in a few places. Lettering on the barrel came chipped.4. Large glob of what appears to either be grease or glue on the inside of the water chamber5. Cap doesn't line up to cap on the pen without lining it up properly (if you try to just snap it on it snags on the side)For it's quality as a water pen:1. Water retraction is weird, the seal may be poor make.. you have to draw water 2-3 times to get a full fill.2. Water distribution is excessive with (not surprising) no way to control the flow at all. I hope you can do everything you want to in one stroke.IMPORTANT: There is no way to disassemble this so if you want to use it as an ink pen I hope you use it every day. All parts are glued together.Overall the make feels incredibly cheap. I'm not entirely certain they didn't just send me a used pen but the bottom line is that this is not worth $13, I've bought Jinhao fountain pens for $2.30 that were way better make and quality than this.Amazon was great and issued credit so I could buy something else. Meanwhile this pen is going to find a new home in the trash can! This item should be pulled from the listing, what a waste of time.
