Love the Predator line
This is the second Predator I've purchased and I just love this line so much. This one in particular has an improved keyboard over the Predator Helios 300, it's more responsive and doesn't tend to ignore inputs like the older model. So far I'm impressed with the performance, gaming-wise I've had no problem getting it to run games like Baldur's Gate 3, no stuttering or bad framerate. And it boots up lightning quick. Very happy with this computer overall.

Great machine
I really like this laptop, it's very fast, with the i7-13700HX processor and the Nvidia RTX 4060 graphics card makes this machine a beast. I haven't experienced any Lagg issues. I like that it has a nice keyboard and the RGB features. The reason that I gave it 4 stars ,I did have trouble with the Predator Sense software. I had to uninstall it and did a PC reset and downloaded it again from acer.com website. I hope it works, I read reviews that the predator sense software gets glitches and bugs after a month and freezes again. I think this is a acer software issue. Other than that I do like this laptop a lot. I just hope Acer fixes these issues.

Great Gaming Laptop
As the title says, it is a solid performer. I’ve owned various of ASUS gaming laptops over the years and none would ever hit advertised refresh rate. I even had a 13900HX paired with a 3080 on a 240hz laptop (pricey). I was quite disappointed. It would not hit the cap or come close. This Acer predator neo 16, 4060 version blows me away! The 165hz is paired well with this laptop. I play a lot of FPS games and I’m at 165hz or slightly below it at high graphical settings. I’m quite impressed, this is truly a competitive gaming laptop. As for everything else, it’s ok not the best but ok. I bought this laptop for gaming and let me reiterate, it’s quite the solid performer.Though, I wonder if the 4070 version of this laptop would hit 240hz at high settings. Good luck to everyone winning the silicone lottery.

Works well but has some annoying issues
So it's definitely an upgrade from my last computer. Startup is fast, can probably play any game just fine, and it works great for all the stuff I do with illustrator, lightburn, ect. And the killer internet is useful for stopping extra programs while you want to focus on a game or program. The cons: RAM is upgradeable to 32G but they don't tell you anywhere that the speed is limited to 4800, so I bought 32G of 5600 and basically wasted the money. Predator mode is wonky as hell, the different profiles are basically pointless because you can't set different fan speeds for them, even though it does switch you to performance mode and overclocks everything. No overheating yet, but I did buy a cooling pad. Sitting it directly in your lap will block airflow though. The SD card slot is something I use a lot for 3D printing and lasers, and this thing sucks. You have to get the card just right or it'll slide inside the case and not the port, and just vanish in the computer. And when you do get the card in right, it's difficult to make it click into place and then come back out because it goes so far into the port. A full sized SD adapter slot would be way better. Also not a fan of the charging port being in the back, makes finding a place to sit the computer cumbersome. Speaker placement is also weird. It has the speakers behind the keyboard like most laptops, but also has speakers in the front where you'd expect an exhaust port. So the sound is...odd. 3 USB ports is more than some but one more would've been sufficient for everything I need. Battery life is pretty sucky. I set mine to charge to max 80% and it might last 2-3 hours unplugged with moderate usage.
