This tool is a combination of both the Edger and a fondant smoother. It's large surface makes it great for cake tops and perfectly vertical side. It also smooths fondant covering the cake board at the same time. A wonderful tool and a must have for coating cakes in fondant! Used on projects in cake craft and decoration magazine. 8 inches high.

Love it.
As a hobbyist baker, this little beauty is the queen of fondant smoothers. Nice even smooth with any amount of pressure and stable in the hand. It edges the fondant at the base of the cake like no other, it was an item worth paying that little extra for. I definitely recommend this item.
