Low fat salad cream. Good quality. Tastes nice with salads and sandwiches. A zingy taste. Texture like cream. I use it while dieting. Very good value for money.

ZINGY alternative to light mayo...
This is such a tasty salad cream and importantly for me, it’s dairy free. I used to be the biggest fan of Heinz Seriously Good Light Mayo but over the past 6 months or so, the flavour's become really milky/creamy despite no added dairy. I did try a few of the supermarket own brands, a few vegan options and then decided to jump ship and try this salad cream instead and it’s been an instant hit!It’s got a CREAMY taste to it with a ZINGY tang that compliments so many meals. It’s a little acidic in taste but more lemon-ey than vinegary. It’s a runnier consistency than mayo and very slightly gloopy but I use it everywhere, just as I would mayo including making my own egg mayo for sandwiches. Probably won't be going back to mayo now as I'm really enjoying the creamy tang I get with this and it's very low fat!
