The item was packaged badly, the box was flimsy and the items had come out of the box.
This item cost £16.99 for premium tea bags from Fortnum and Mason and this is how they were delivered ? The outer packaging was sturdy so this was how they were actually packed - they look like someone has been kicking them around before packaging them. NOT what I would expect when spending this amount of money on premium products.
