It’s always hard to evaluate supplements since they usually don’t produce any change quickly and even when there is a noticeable change, it can’t always be traced back to the product you are using. That said, all I can really say about this product was there was no offensive taste or odor and I did not get sick, and I did go to the bathroom more often for awhile. Thus, the rating. I don’t have other products to compare it to, so that’s why I knocked off a star. Definitely a 4 star product for me, and maybe higher if I had something to compare it to.

I’ve tried a lot of lymphatic support formulas, and this one only seems to work pretty well, but doesn’t have any offensive flavor. I can take this one directly from the bottle subcutaneously with no issue. I will be purchasing again.

There is no poke root in product even though it's in the description.

This is my second bottle, I add to my glass of water. It does not have a taste. I feel like they work because I tend to use the restroom more often.

I've only been using for a few days now. I've not felt any effects yet however with anything it takes time. I'm using twice a day. I'm using the shot glass to mix with water.

The healthier lifestyle I am leading now had to extend to my big issue of lymphedema in my legs. I did not have success with topicals, so I decided to try these drops especially formulated for the issue. The taste was the first issue, which was not really bad, but I was worried about putting it in water or other liquid as it may work against its effectiveness. The other issue was the dropper; the 1ml marking on the dropper is not as easy to see, and also not easy to fill. If you fully squeeze the dropper top closed prior to inserting it in the liquid, you get under the 1ml that they say to use as a serving. I try to eyeball the amount needed to add in and then put that with it as well. My desire to avoid other liquids took me to the idea of sublingual usage and just put it under my tongue. My palate does not get overwhelmed and what is not absorbed is swallowed without a problem. I take it prior to meals or snacks so that any extra still gets to my stomach with the food...healthy snacks of course!
