I just started my second bottle and can say this had been the best thing I’ve found to help with my hair loss thanks to the joys of perimenopause! I was losing so much hair everyday to the point that I actually clogged the drain on day while taking a shower (and I empty it each time I shower!) and now I’m shedding a normal amount of hair again. If you’re looking for something to help, I’d recommend this by far! Not to mention it tastes yummy with no bad aftertaste.

I will update this in a couple of months. I’ve only gone through half a bottle so far so I haven’t had much opportunity to see a difference in my nails, skin, or hair. The taste is quite pleasant though and I love that they seem to help me have a BM, as I have yummy issues that prevent it.
