So hydrating and Pink champagne is such a beautiful color. it is not sticky at all and it feels more like a gloss than a lip oil. It has a bit of an artificial smell which im not the biggest fan of.

My wife uses this more than she eats. She says she’d rather use this over chapstick and has worked better too.

I recently tried Essence Lip Oil and overall, it’s pretty nice. It’s not too sticky, which is great because I hate that tacky feeling some lip products leave behind. However, it does feel a bit heavy on the lips, almost like you can always feel it’s there. The pink tint is subtle and cute, adding just a touch of color without being overpowering. If you don’t mind a slightly heavier feel, it’s a good choice for a bit of shine and moisture.

Wonderful scent - not quick sure what it is. Is a bit sticky but not unpleasant. The color was does end up a light purplish and I was expecting it to be more red but that is alright. Applicator is not deep enough to reach the bottom so would have to use something else when it does get lower.

I literally just opened this. You can see from the photos that you only get a small amount. It only looks full in the pic because the wand is inside. You can see in comparison that once the applicator is out, you actually get a tiny amount of product. Gave three stars because it does feel good on the lips. It is not sticky, it's very smooth. There is a very faint rose odor. I say odor because I don't like artificial rose scents. Not overpowering, just really subtle. I'm glad it was under $5 for the true amount you REALLY receive (it's less than 1/2 full). Probably will not buy again.

I have tried so many lip oils, balms etc to get rid of that parched feeling. As I get older, it is an issue now. I take a 1 hr walk first thing and I put on lip oil to keep the sun from drying out my lips. Half way through I need to reapply. I also reapply after a light brunch and before bedtime. This Essence lip oil has changed all that! This lip oil is very thick, has a big doe foot applicator, it doesn’t have a lingering fragrance or taste. It lasts for hours. I like to wear it at bedtime and I wake up with smooth lips and not feeling dry. I like it so much I took advantage of the discount when buying more than one. Will gift to two dtr’s. For this reasonable price and highest quality, you should not hesitate and try it if you live in an environment that dries out your lips.

This lip oil, I think should be marketed has a thick, sticky, long lasting lip gloss, but that is the only thing it as got going for it. It stinks like a funeral home that is trying to cover up decay and death with artificial roses. It tastes like rancid oil that has been infused with a bunch of chemicals for some nefarious chemistry project. It was so hard to wash off and just kept sticking on for dear life. I saw the good reviews for this and thought to try it for the price and am now regretting my decision to be influenced by reviews. I feel like I shouldn't have ventured into the unknown and bought a lip gloss that I was familiar with and know to not leave me wondering when this disgusting taste will ever end. Maybe it works for you but I will not buy this chemical stick again.
