I've been a fan of Force Factor for some time. They are a solid, respected company in the health & wellness world. You can find their products in many recognizable national chains. But I've never tried the Ginko until now. The bottle was sealed on the outside and safety sealed inside as well. The caplets are the typical size you would expect. Easy to swallow and basically tasteless. The maximum recommended dosage for Ginko is around 240mg, making these half that...a good amount and higher than many drugstore options. Some people take Ginko throughout the day, but I'm a once in the morning guy, so this higher dosage is great for me. As with all supplements, results are so subjective. Personally, when I don't take all my energy, brain booster hits (...especially on gym days...) I tend to feel it. I've been taking Ginko for a few years now and can say that nothing works overnight. Consistency is the key with all health & wellness, even though we all want instant gratification nowadays. If you're looking for a mostly clean Ginko produced in a GMP-certified facility, I would recommend checking out Force Factor. Made in the USA is a bonus, too.
