- 2018 NEW MINGQIAN LONGJING. Picked before Qingming Festival (Tomb-Sweeping Day) around the beginning of April, Only finest tea shoots picked with one bud and one or two leaves. It has better taste and higher quantity of Amino Acid, Flavonoids and Polyphenols than is typical for other green teas.

Dragon Well Green Tea is known in China for its 'four uniques': its bright green color, mellow taste, refreshing aroma and beautiful shape. Brewing Instruction: First steeping: Rinse to remove "snow" if needed. 3-5 grams of fine tea leaves with 6 fl oz. water (170-190° F), and brew for 3-5 mins. Re-steeping: The leaves are good for 5 infusions. Add a little more time for each subsequent infusion. *It's best to use a transparent glass so that you can see the dance of the leaves as they unfurl and swirl around in the water.
