Azeko Brag Natural Liquid Aminos, All Purpose Seasoning,16 oz

I used to use Balsamic vinegar, seasonings and a dash of liquid smoke for marinating my portobello mushroom. They were tasty but...... I ran into a marinade recipe that incorporated Liquid Aminos along with the other ingredients. What a game changer!! This gave my mushrooms a wonderfully authentic grilled burger taste that can't be beat. It has less sodium than even low sodium soy sauce and tastes better. I will keep this product in the pantry at all times. Looking forward to finding more applications I can use this in.

This is a great product, and we have used it for many years. This is the second time I’ve ordered this and the caps have arrived cracked/crushed. Ultimately this is a design, flaw by the company, however, I am suggesting that Amazon place bubble wrap over the entire product for shipping and ship in a box. It was shipped in a thicker paper envelope.I have also purchased this in the store before and the caps have been cracked once you open the seal.There’s literally no way to store this once opened, nor use it in sparing amounts.Otherwise, this is a great product. It’s just hard to find in stores in our area We love that Amazon offers it as an option. Just please improve the packaging.

This is a great substitute for soy sauce. It taste exactly like soy but has better benefits. Highly recommend
